Each day babies are born that come too early or are very sick. Some of those babies live and some do not. Many of these tiny angels have nothing to wear home to heaven but a paper gown. This one-piece gown is trimmed in lace, beading and ribbon. Optional ideas are given for embroidery or shaped lace. This pattern was designed for individuals or sewing groups who give time for community service in stitching gowns for very special babies. It is hopeful that families having tiny babies of their own will find it useful. A slip and bonnet pattern are included.
All proceeds from the sell of this pattern are donated to the Blackfeet Nurturing Center, a community protective shelter for abused, neglected and abandoned children in Browning, Montana. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
